WHY MUST I JUSTIFY

Tell me what is more painful
Than the sour taste of truth
In cellophane of good intentions
Of actions that causes no damage
That must be justified nonetheless
Than the purest water on earth
Which no human fears to taste

This reminds me of humans,
Whose inquisitiveness scares
Angels who fear to cross paths
For the guts of devouring grudges
That could make God's mercies
Desert this earth, seeking like refugees
The protection against humans' plots.

Now, more than ever I see
Why God has to justify as well
Of all his might that humans doubt
The heaven and rocks they can't make
Nor of death that Hitler couldn't escape
And neither shall we give life as well
Then, God says; "do as you wish!"

As such, wisely I thought
Who am I to cajole human heart
Not by preaching as prophets did
To promise paradise or hell fire
Or by war that spill innocent blood
For like atheists humans presume
When has ever God existed to judge?

Let me bother not, less I deviate
And leave to God; best of judges
To adjudicate on my behalf
What shall be my eternal fate
